Ontario Tire Recovery Inc. (OTR) has been in the business of tire removal and recycling for over 27 years and was incorporated in 1993.  During this time OTR has grown to be the largest tire collector in Ontario, and most likely the largest single collector in all of Canada.  OTR collects in excess of 4 million tires annually and has established itself as a credible and integral part of the tire recycling industry.

     Annually we remove used tires from 186 Canadian Tire Stores, all Wal-Mart Stores in Ontario, 25 Active Green and Ross’s, and approximately 1200 tire shops and auto wreckers.  We also collect from many city and municipality yards in Ontario including Ottawa, Thunder Bay, North Bay, Muskoka, Sarnia,  Region of Peel and Windsor to name a few.  

     One of our main attributes is that we have solid long-term relationships with a multitude of processors in Ontario, Quebec and the United States (a total of 15 processors to be exact). 

This means we can handle any volume of tires without having to stock pile!

OTR meets all federal and provincial regulations in regards to scrap tire haulage, storage, and recycling.
